DELIVERY OPTIONS:

We will deliver your purchase within 3 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Your delivery options vary depending on your location within the UK.

Standard Home Delivery 
Standard Pickup Location  
Express Delivery

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf from the parcel shop, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

If you choose Express Delivery this will be delivered within 1-2 days for orders placed before 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

All duties and taxes paid for all UK orders.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Delivery times: 5–14 working days (depending on location)
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, duties on (DDP): Customers will pay duties or import taxes at checkout

Undeliverable parcels If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to us.

Unclaimed parcels: Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order. That's fine, we've all been there. However, if your order remains uncollected at the pick-up point after several reminders have been sent, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us amounting to £4
